Once dispatched, deliveries usually take 3–7 business days depending on your location. Shipping timelines may vary during festive seasons, sales, or unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays.
Customers will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp once their order has been shipped.
Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day exchange policy applicable only in cases where the product delivered is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as size issues, color preferences, or general dissatisfaction. Once verified, we will process your exchange and dispatch a replacement item promptly.
Please note: customers are responsible for shipping the item back unless the exchange is due to an error on our end.
Non-Returnable Items
